Workshop scene

Summary

After three years of research a final workshop was held at Accra, Ghana, September 26-30th 2016. This gave all the Fellows as well as the Coordination Team and representatives of the VW foundation the opportunity to come together and to discuss the results of the individual research projects.

Dr. Wazi Apoh hosted the group at the University of Ghana in Legon. Coach Birgit Carstensen provided training units for reflection and further career planning, called "Taking Stock – Personal Objectives Achieved, Challenges Met". Dr. Hanna Wielandt represened the VW Foundation.

Cultural Excursions led the group to Cape Coast Castle and to Kakum National Parc.
